谢谢老猫的回复。我还想问问，那这类合同有没有什么方法是可以终止的呢？ 因为一般健身俱乐部都有说明：搬离服务范围很远，或者身体原因，或者回国，都可以取消。 那这样，我出示我的公司信函，或者机票可以吗？ 还有这样他们要求赔偿金的话，是不是合法？大概对这个有没有法律规定？
