I lease my 3-bedroom house in New Jersey to Americans. The rent is much lower than market averge. However, the tenants find many excuses not to pay me rent. This month they say they will not pay me rent unless I do so and so. Their requirement is not doable for me. I say they can move out if they don't like my house, but they refuse. At this moment, the water bill is still under my name. I wonder whether it is legal for me to cut off the water supply to the house.

Thank you ahead for your help.
