Do something to protect yourself. Frankly, it's impossible for you to be with her any more. So better to leave her alone. If you really want to revenge her, call INS to try. However, you may fight her through the court to prove that you are innocent, you didn't beat her. If you can't do it, you have to negotiate with her:
Many many chinese women like to use US law to against their hu*****and in US, run away from her to look for your future is the only thing you can do.
