For the first shooting in MN, the ICE was trying to open the driver's car door without a warrant.

For the second shooting, the ICE was trying to violate the citizen's right to bear arms.

It looks like to me that citizens have no more civil rights in front of ICE.

 

The congress should pass a law to limit the ICE rights to the customs and federal buildings, not on the streets.
