survivor pension

朋友夫妇都是加拿大公民；common-law 18年，有一男孩16岁了；男方要求分居；男方有不错的defined pension; 男方去世后女方可继承一部分 (survivor pension) 到女方去世，在男方退休时已同男方工作的政府部门签 協议；

如果在男方去世前，女方再婚；男方去世后女方还能领这笔pension ? 个人认为女方再婚也应该领survivor pension, 因为女方为家庭牺牲了挣钱能力；
