a few ways...

1. go to court, if the policman doesn't show up, it's automatic dismissal.

2. ask to see the engineering survey for that road. each road has to be surveyed every 5 years to make sure the speed limit still applies.

3. if the police used a radar, ask to see the radar tuning record and whether it was tuned with a tuning fork. ask who tuned the radar and what kind of training he had. is attacks the validity of the radar reading.

4. if there were other cars around you, depending on the angle of the police car, he may have locked on another car.

5. buy a book on how to fight traffic tickets. i got all this info from a book 8-9 yrs ago.
