H-4 还是 F-1

我现在持有H-4签证，即将开始读硕士，我的学科只有一年左右即可毕业，不知是否应该转成F-1。H-4可以full-time入学，但F-1有OPT可以找工作。所以现在比较矛盾。各位有什么建议吗？
