In purchse and Sale contract, the seller attorney crossed over the seciton
for "Registered Title".Could that indicate any title problem?
The detail of "Registered Title" section is as below:
"In addition to the foregoing, if the tile to said prmises is registered,
said deed should be in a form sufficient to entitle to the BUYER to a
Certificate of Title of said premises, and the SELLER shall deliver
with said deed all insruments, if any,necessary to enable the
BUYER to obtain such Certificate of Title."
