得了张speed ticket

在住宅区小路开了25，然后给了一点儿gas, 突然路对面的police 叫停，说我开到47。然后回车里查了好时间，回来说车不是我的，我说车100%是我的，又回车查了20分钟，说record错了，车是我的，但给了张ticket 200多，我是不是应该去court appeal, 大家有经验的说说，谢谢
