Sorry i didn't make it too clear at the beginning.
I was divorced before we got married. since I am not able to go back to china, so i had a representative help me through the things. it took so long for the docume to finally arrive. so my hu*****and and I just walked into the county and said we never married before. so actually we lied to the judge. if he is very mean, he can call ins and cause lots of trouble. that is why we have to remarried. but my question is if we have to get divorced first since we are going to marry the same person? i am really frustrated right now. very appreciated your help
