Keep it in mind, the leading actress here said: she got harassed in two years, if there’s harassment,or any anticipated harassment on the way, the state attorney must recommend the Victim to get a temporary restraining order to prevent further harassment.

The leading actress here is suffering the harassment, isn’t she? Otherwise, why does she bother here?
