请问好心人一个棘手的问题

我在一家健身俱乐部办了卡　当时经理说如果我不在附近住了　就可以停止合同　不再收费　三月时我搬家了　可是这俱乐部还是收了我费用　说必须搬离离俱乐部４０公里外的地方才可以　我本身没车　新家离这俱乐部要换车　没法再去　他们却一直从我卡上自动转了钱　每月77月　

请问这里的好心人　我该怎么办　能否要回被收的钱？
