紧急求助—water softner installation的问题

坐标德州。上一星期三签了一个装软水器的work order 。没有交任何钱和签任何别的文件。今天想取消，可是软水器公司的人说，因为他们order parts and system already，所以需要instocking fee. 请问从法律上来讲，我需要交parts and system的restocking fee吗？谢谢。
