不論扣住不放或是歸還車牌，對方不會還你任何錢，所以你圖什麼? 你拿著人家的車牌，開車到處跑，你不論說出大天，出了事，都是你的問題，同時，對方報警天經地義，因為如果你肇事，對方也是一堆麻煩，所以不報警，難道找你抱抱?
