Toshiba A75-S229 Class Action Suite
There is an identified problem with the Toshiba A75-S229 but Toshiba refuses to acknowledge the problem. The problem has been linked to a static discharge from the user to the Mouse Touch pad, Speaker Grill, and Metal Buttons.
Toshiba refuses that the problem exists, and has screwed most of their users with responses such as this.
Send it in so we can, “Change the Mother Board”, “Change the Hard Drive”, “We do not have the parts we have to order them from the other side of the world”, “We cannot identify a problem with your laptop”, “You have to pay for shipping”, “Its out of warranty”, “There is nothing that we can do for you”.
After sending the Toshiba A75-S229 to get fixed you will find out that as soon as you take it out of the box the laptop starts to crash just as it did before you sent it in. After all this weeks and possibly for some user’s months have been wasted, Money for shipping, Time lost resulting from constant crashing, and overall frustrations.
