Underage public intoxication due to drinking

在Texas，17岁高中生喝醉酒去公共场所后睡着，被警察带到警局，被控public intoxication。这种情况我们怎么办？我们有什么样的选择呢？找什么样的律师？必须是Texas律师吗？我们现在应该马上做的是什么？
