刚才问错地方了，搬到这里。请教李燕事件中三个问题：

1。第一轮eviction notice被李燕扔到门外后，谁有什么理由叫的警察？

2。警察可以legally不用亮明身份，任意进入私宅吗？

3。在自己家中（大门以里），认为陌生人是intruder，持刀或凶器在手是违法的吗
