有人遇到过这种情况么？有电话留言court hearing

刚才查留言，听到几天前的一个电话留言说明天当地小镇市政府法庭有一个Remote court hearing , 楼主在新泽西，最近没有交通罚单啊，赶快去拿信，没有收到任何的罚款单或者信，这是新型诈骗么？有人遇到过这情况么？明天要联系市政府么？求帮忙
