whole case not relate with her son only lady's name , but her son said her mother sick so he present for her at court, that is why first time on court date ( 8/10) be judge to default fault and issue eviction because lady not show up , they late on appeal but they claim no money pay appeal court cost . but this time at appeal court her and son both show at zoom for " Inabilty to pay Appeal cost " appeal court .
her move in 2020 March ( two years contract) with her and her one little bit disable son two people on lease contract , 2021 March stop payment and apply for rental relief.
her move out 2021 end of May.
begin Jun I fount out black lady move out and one week late found her other old son jump over from behind yard fence break in window to house and live inside.
because lady not return my keys and sign end of contract agreement . so begin Jun I file eviction to court for lady name.
