请教家庭暴力问题

上周末,夫妻吵架摔杯几,扎东西.

十三岁的女儿打911报警.两个警察来过后,分别对两个人问话,做笔录.因为发现男的脸上有抓伤的血迹,警察把女方带上手铐送入监狱.第二天花一千美元保释出来.

在警察问话过程中,男方没有说任何不利女方的说词.直是强掉这是普通的家庭纠纷.至于脸上的伤痕跟警察说:"如果你们不问我, 我不知道我脸上有伤(I were not aware that my face hurted before you came)".

女方在警察问话过程中,也承认男方脸上是她弄的("I did that"), 而没有更进一步的描述.

警察进家门的时候,地上有摔坏的杯子之类的东西.


接下来是女方等警察提起公诉的上法庭时间.

在此请问有经验的朋友:

*警察公诉,做为所谓受害者的男方, 有没有可能让这个案子往无罪处理?

*需要请律师吗?如果要, 一般这种案件多少费用范围?

*如果请律师, 请中国人的律师还呢还是请美国人的律师好?

*最坏的判决,可能到什么程度?
