后院没有围栏，如果有人未经同意，擅自去玩后院里的滑梯，攀岩物之类受伤，我需要负法律责任吗？

如果有朋友提前告知我，并征得我的同意，在玩的过程中受伤，我需要负法律责任吗？

不喜欢装围栏，因为后面有很漂亮的风景。但又怕有小孩跑到我院子里来玩，然后受伤，要负法律责任。

如果我贴一张纸条，上面写未经我同意，不可玩，一切后果自负，这样可以让我免责吗。
