新房lot面积减少

去年6月和builder 签合同购买新townhome（马里兰州), 购买合同上地界标示lot面积为2235平方尺。今年1月开始建房，同时又收到新的地界图， 显示lot面积为2019平方尺， 面积比购房合同中少了100多尺。请问该如何处理，能要些补偿吗？（房子7月盖好），谢建议
