税法问题！help help help!!

不知哪个高手可以帮忙。我替我表哥在美国Ebay *Paypal卖东西，每个月转20多万回中国，表哥在中国需要付美国税么？ 税务局会不会认为那些钱是我应该交税？多谢多谢。
