我在纽约卅，小额法庭上赢了。

在30天之内收到被告的notice of apeal, 我的问题是:

1. 我如何得知他真的提交了。

2. 在他上诉期间我还能继续追讨adjudgment吗？

3. 我从哪儿得知他上诉的结果？
