怎么你们的合同没有closing date呢？那个“condition”有具体细节吗？

“seller contingency - conditional on their ability to close the new property. 之前他们一直说的是只要他们的贷款银行能够批准就可以remove 这个seller contingency”

之前预估贷款，现在也许新房交接过程不顺利，不能按时close，也可以叫“conditional on their ability to close the new property” 么，"ability to close" 不等于一定是贷款啊（我读这句话的理解）。
