移民局的规定是：OPT applications must be submitted prior to the completion of your course work or degree. They cannot be submitted during the 60-day grace period after completion.

请问有谁知道the completion of your course work or degree这个日期是按那天开始算的？是修完拿学位所要求的所有课程（期末考试）那天，还是通过资格考试拿到成绩那天，还是参加毕业典礼那天？先谢了！
