今年5月卖出一个公寓. 双方签的合同上写着:

CERTIFICATE OF LOCATION

The buyer declares having read the certificate of location provided by the seller and declares to accept it as is and to be completely satisfied with it.

然后现在公证员寄给我一个重做CERTIFICATE OF LOCATION发票帐单要我直接付给测量公司.

测量公司9月份去做的. 


我是不是应该付帐呢?
