What's the incentive for LZ's lawyer to agree?

There are good laywers, bad lawyers and average lawyers.  And there are good clients, bad clients, and average clients.  

Bad lawyers can't find good clients.  And Bad clients can't find good lawyers. 

Just keep that in mind.
