关于class 2 misdemeaner 急问

昨天去camping, 因为完全不知道有fire ban, camp fire 被issue Fire Ban Violation, Class 2 misdemeanor citation.

 

我老婆点的火，但是citation给的我的名字，请问关于下一步，您有什么建议么？

Class 2 misdemeanor 被dismissed的几率大么？
