All jury trials scheduled up to and including Friday, October 2, 2020, have been canceled as a public health precaution due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Grand juries will continue to be summonsed and will convene as scheduled.

If you have been summoned to report for jury duty up to and including Friday, October 2, 2020, your service may be rescheduled or excused, depending on your local court’s policies. For additional information, click the link for your court’s jury office at https://www.courts.state.md.us/juryservice/juryoffices.

If you have been summoned to report for jury duty on October 5, 2020 or later, please continue to monitor instructions from the jury office for the Circuit Court in your local jurisdiction.

If you have already completed the juror qualification questionnaire either online or by mail, contact the court or visit the jury office website before your date of service to confirm you are required to report.

If you have just been summoned and have not yet completed the juror qualification questionnaire, you must still complete the questionnaire either online or by mail within the time specified.  Links for online completion of the questionnaire are at https://www.courts.state.md.us/juryservice/jurorqualificationform.  Additionally, be sure to check before your date of service to see if you are required to report.
