签不签房东都必须重新租，这个叫landlord duty to mitigate damage

所以表不要签，给他们书面电邮提醒这个法律即可。这种事情没办法，只好赖掉，他们来告好了，实话实说法官也不会判全赔。

另外这个不是住进去不交租，对信用历史应该没有影响
