请教各位专家：如何 file arbitration claim with bank?

自己跟银行有 credit dispute. 打听了一圈，被告知好像不可以起诉银行，因为银行有不可起诉的霸王条约。跟银行有纠纷，要file arbitration.但在网上查了几圈，也没有将流程搞明白。 谢谢大侠帮助！
