在线急等! 房东的树砸了我的车,我该怎么办?

租的房子,前面大 树砸了我三年新车,是棵树干枯了的树,我
有意外保险,保险公司答应修车,可是砸得太 很,修好后,我也
有损失,应该怎样和房东交涉?
