我老公在两年前出了一次车祸,他是责任方,事后保险公司已经给对方赔偿,现在事隔两年,对方又写来索赔15万美金的律师信,理由是由于那次的车祸影响了她的健康,医院报告说是她本来就患有这种疾病,并且做过手术,现在她正是失业阶段.我老公的保额是10万美金,不知道有哪位高人可以为我们指点迷津.谢谢
