我今天在停车场蹭了别人的rear bumper，因为没有见到车主，就留了联系方式。我当时以为是minor，又赶着看病，没有联系我的保险公司。车主作了estimation, 因为scratch太深了，没有办法buff off，重新油漆好估价650左右。想问大家的建议，我这种情况最好如何处理。发生地点在医院，车主不是本地人，住外地（2。5小时外），打电话联系我时她已经在回家的路上。谢谢大家。
