If you have "accepted" the offer by email, it is a binding contract. The company can seek an injunction against you for working for their local competitors.

However, the litigation will cost time and money. I doubt that the company will actually file a claim against you.

The best way, I would suggest, is to talk to the company from which you have accepted the offer. You don't necessarily have to tell them that you have other offers.

If you ask nicely and earnestly, I am positive there is a way for you to back out of this. If not, you probably will have a better idea about how likely the company will sue you if you renege on your employment contract.
