既然你不想民事诉讼，那么我没有什么可以帮助你的。报警也不能把你的钱追回来。

用威胁报警去讨债，在一些州（大多数州）是刑事勒索。你去威胁人家，你可以威胁人家民事诉讼，但是以刑事诉讼为威胁时不行的。
