请问老猫

房子是婚后买的，（我们已经结婚三十多年了）。 开始房贷是我和我先生两个人的名子， 现在房贷在我先生一个人名下。

万一离婚， 分配房产会受影响吗？  还是不会受影响， 一人一半？ 谢谢。
