儿子的女友来他公寓， 儿子室友的朋友（老墨男孩）说了挑逗侮辱性话，儿子上去一老拳打掉他的牙送医了。警察笔录了： Misdemeanor A。

请教高人们：

1. 这事能有多严重, 后果会怎样？

2. 我们应该请律师吗？ 请哪方面的律师？
