恳请大家帮个忙

我有个朋友，她是通过政治避难拿的绿卡，现在绿卡还没到手，只是有绿卡号，（我听说是政治避难拿身份的是不可以回国的），不过她今年将要和一个美国公民结婚，如果她打算明年回中国，可以吗？会不会影响她以后转公民？谢谢大家。
