可以去问问product liability的律师吧。关键是你已经不是被告了，对方去告amazon 你也关不住。所以我觉得现在只能甩一句话给对方，告诉他小心一点，把你没生意了你也会告他诽谤。

可能这封信请律师写也有点小题大做。大概是说

Your pending lawsuit with Amazon might still impact me in negative ways.  For example, Amazon might terminate our business relationship due to your frivilous lawsuit.  In such event I would have to recover economic damages through legal action such as a suit of defamation.
