1. The father must wait for three years to apply for natualization.

2. then the father may take six months to two years to get citizenship.

3.then the father can petition the immigration for the son(can't petition for his son's family),the process may take 7 years based on current speed(see following link)

4. after the father's son get green card, that son can petition the immigration for his wife, the process may take 4 years based on current speed(see following link)
