我和太太买房了,deed 是CVG deed. The closing is done. Lawyer told us CVG deed is the best deed we can get in New Jersey. The questions are:
1. Is it ture that CVG deed is the best deed we can get in New Jersey?
2. I actually forget to mention to the lawyer that we want the title to be held as "tenancy of the entirety". After the closing, I called the lawyer, and he told me that in New Jersey, the "tenancy of the entirety" is implicity for married couple, no need to explicity spelled out on the deed, is it true?
Or should we do something to make the title to be held under the "tenancy of the entirety"
Thank you very much.
