有可能告赢home warranty company 么

买了近十年了的。

今年夏天，出租房中央空调的室外机坏了，去了一次，第二天倒腾半天，工作了半天，再打电话，礼拜五打电话，让我等4天到礼拜二。

天热，我不能让房客等，自己装，找了两家空调公司，诊断报告，室外机dead. 

能不能去小额法庭去一趟告他，赢面大么

另外，出租房和我不在一个county, 必须去那个county?

不管能不能告，可是知道home warranty 是多么恶心了。

不要了。过了夏天就取消了。再也不买了。
