看上一个房子，卖方在disclosure 里有一项

Any lawsuits or other legal proceedings directly or indirectly affecting the property (includes, but is not limited to divorce, forclosure, heirship, bankruptcy, and the taxes).

卖方在taxes 下划线，然后 claim： business being worked out.

这是什么意思？这房还能买吗？有什么后续隐患？

房子地址好像用来经营生意的。
