wushen, Thank you very much for your kind help! May I take this chance to ask you one more question?

My 2004 paystubs indicate that my tax marital status is single. In fact, on my first work day, I told payroll office that I was married and had a baby. But they insist I was not RA at that moment. and therefore, put single status on my paystub. Now, may I go ahead to use 1040 RA as you suggested?
