请教租房签署的协议问题

我们看出租房时，对方的 agent热情提供了其它的房源，并带我们看了一套，当时对这套还比较满意，在agent催促下签了Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationship，想请教下专家，这份协议是只锁定该套房源？还是意味着我们其它房源也必须通过该agent？
