你的問題不是人家撞了你而是你撞到人家，（第一部車）所以讓你的保險公司介入，是保護你自己的權益至於賠償責任，良心説笫四車做為連環相撞的最後一部車，並不一定需要賠償所有人，真的須要負責的是直接撞上來的第三車，因為對方先撞上你之後第四車才撞到他的車並且發生二次碰撞，所以損失的責任並非是第四車單獨1所造成的，因此要求第三車賠儐是必須要做的事，不要自行發明法律
