老猫请教，象这类美国法庭已判或裁定，只要躲回中国（中国公民）就可逃避法律责任？

若是别种CASE呢，比如美国法庭判被告得支付受害人较大数额赔款，被告躲到其它国家就能免啦？
还比如欠大笔的医疗账单的人，一逃就都没事，也无法追讨啦？ 这也有点太。。那个。
