我准备跟现在的丈夫离婚。我不工作，没有收入。但是有一些婚前财产。男方工作有收入。我只有一张他的信用卡副卡，他说要给我cancel掉。想知道如果我搬出去，离婚之前的房租和生活费应该谁负担？还有如果请律师，费用谁负担？
